Smoothie Time!

This green smoothie is so sweet, refreshing and delicious! I always have a smoothie everyday. It's my go to first thing in the morning. It's the perfect meal to start the day and especially if you do a green smoothie. Cause you're getting all the vitamins and nutrients your body needs to fuel and energize you to start your day. This way you get your fruits and vegetables. This smoothie has spinach as the greens. The best way to make sure its well blended is to blend it first with the liquid you're using. You can do water, coconut water or any nut milk. This smoothie is just water. You're gonna want to measure out how much liquid you want in your drink and blend that with your greens first so they are thoroughly blended. I then added a date for sweetness, half of a SweeTango apple (they're my new fave), 1 whole frozen banana in chunks, pineapple chunks and peach slices. Blend and you got yourself a beautiful sweet creamy green dream. Ooh I think I just named my smoothie the Green Dream! I like that! Hope you do too, enjoy!

Recipe:

Handful of spinach

1 1/2 cups of Water

Half an apple (SweeTango)

1 frozen banana (5 chunks)

4 chunks of frozen pineapple

3 slices of frozen peaches

1 large date
